Main level: • Bedroom 1: King bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower only. • Fully stocked kitchen with a combination Keurig/drip coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave and breakfast bar. A blender, rice maker and baking essentials make group meals easier. • Living room with a sofa, two chairs and an electric fireplace. • Upper deck with outdoor dining and lounge seating. Upper level: • Bedroom 2: King bed. • Bedroom 3: Bunk room with twin bunks, one double bed and one twin trundle, plus a children's reading nook with starry lights and books. The home spans three levels, and there are steps at the entrance. The upstairs can get warmer; ceiling fans help circulate the air conditioning. Routine pest control is provided, but occasional bugs are possible in this natural setting. A pack ’n play and high chair are provided; please bring your own pack ’n play sheets. Longer stays are welcome. One exterior security camera is located at the front entry and points outward. There are no refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages or other circumstances beyond the host's control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. Guests must review and sign the standard rental agreement no later than 48 hours before check-in.
